Imagen Cup x Range Rover: A Production Challenge in Motion
This project was a key experience in my career, combining audiovisual production with the logistics of a large-scale event. As part of the Imagen Radio Puebla team, I was responsible for capturing video and photography for the Copa Imagen Range Rover, a golf tournament held at La Vista Country Club. The event gathered more than 20 sponsors and featured a thrilling prize—a Range Rover for anyone who could make a hole-in-one.
From pre-production, I was involved in strategically planning the coverage, ensuring that every key moment was recorded with precision. During the event, in addition to my audiovisual work, I also took on my role as a radio producer, coordinating the broadcast of Iván Mercado's program, adding an extra challenge to the day's dynamics.
One of the biggest challenges of this project was mobility on the golf course. With a stabilizer, a camera, and all the necessary equipment, I had to move between the holes, making sure each shot and angle reflected the elegance and excitement of the event. Logistics played a crucial role, as covering such a large space required careful planning and quick execution.
The final result was audiovisual material that captured the essence of the tournament—the thrill of the competition, the presence of sponsors, and the event’s exclusivity. This project was a test of adaptability and efficiency, where the combination of on-site production and post-production resulted in a complete and dynamic coverage.
